I see that the rate of trading suspensions seemed to have slowed from the rapid pace in April where there were multiple issued the same day and not a week would pass without a new one.

the deadline is for the sec to respond to the company. the notice on the sec website sometimes lags. more so lately.



So Berman will know what the SEC have before shareholders do?

And if the SEC does not respond? What hapoens then, DECN goes back to pinks and off the greys? Or do they have the privilege of writing a ling stated 'oops, our bad' and it is what it is.?
