With all due respect, the assumption by quite a few is an RS is needed for uplist. That assumption is NOT the only possibility, though. It is merely an OPTION. Always has been.

A PR pointing out various reasons for formally appointing our Board Members

to satisfy the governance criteria for listing on a national exchange

does not constitute an automatic RS.

It merely means we are looking to uplist with the inclusion of our new Board Members. Could happen "within 60 days." Could happen after 60 days. Nobody knows. I'm fairly certain, even Mr. T doesn't know. For sure, that is.

IMO, this PR was to lay the groundwork for ALL to focus on the realization of Production, Commercialization, Uplisting, and Overall Growth for KBLB in the immediate. 2020.

Mr. T's methodical approach to building this company may have some casting doubt at it's ultimate success, but, those who are "buying in to the system" can see the breadcrumbs he's putting down without revealing the Holy Grail.
