KOPN also has a voter approved Reverse Split .

However EMAN is on the NYSE American - there is no $1 listing requirement on that exchange .

$KOPN patents are great and it's hard to argue with their assets of $29million. BUT I love the $EMAN military stuff above anything else right now... RE: RS -- I reached out to them on that. If they did do it, there will be SO much liquidity here after the fact that this thing will FLY on a tiny SS.... $ACB is an NYSE company with strong earnings that just did this, for example... We're here at a good time in .50s IMO for whatever happens.

I WAS concerned and then I saw the Q .... $13million in nearly ready-to-fill orders for the year.... $9million in inventory ready to go out the door. I like that. And only a $30million market cap (almost 1/3rd of KOPN).

I am a bit of a layman and can't comment on KOPN's technology as well -- but it would be great to see an announcement on where $EMAN's tech is going to end up in VR....
