Paying debt with stock is free money... It never needs to be paid back. Get a loan from a bank and you must pay it. Issue stock, you get the money and yet never need to pay it back. That's why ALL COMPANIES BECOME PUBLIC companies, so they can issue stock.

Some of you really, really, really need to read the DD that has already been done for you.

Just because the company is now pulling in these revenues, it doesn't mean they always have. The leadership that is there now was not around when the company was run poorly, taking on toxic debt, etc.

The turn-around with John and team have not only been tasked with cleaning up the debt, but also increasing revenues.
