MM patent is 3 to 6 months away at best

2 months for Browdy to get the MM apps back to USPTO

USPTO examiner will take about 3 to 4 months to get a response

We have better chance of between now and June 5th for them to announce something positive

--not counting on MM patent to save our behind...we don't have 6 months for another shot of MM allowance
