And I don't think they have been able to issue because of the sec thing, so I believe the transfer agent verified 130m os.
With protection of the shareholders being the reason for applying for custdodianship, it would seem natural in light of the fact that the previous mgt are in trouble with the sec and used the ticker as part of the scam that the sec is charging them over.
iow, it's a shoe-in.
would help if the applicants were shareholders with more shares than the previous mgt which means about 15m shares... that is if the previous ceo is still holding.
15,000,000 x .0006 (or less) = $9000 ... Bwahahahahahahahahhaha!!!
I don't see any other benficials with more shares in the filings.
would also help if the applicants had a sec/custodian friendly law firm. lol
I can't imagine this not getting snapped up some how given the circumstances.
