ST - to be clear I have not liquidated any of my position although now I am heavily underwater and seemingly hit new lows yesterday at .00695. I’ve watched my account get decimated.
I have 1 message that I have been firm with since Decemberish 2019 - VRUS does not act or feel like VRUS from early-mid 2019. At that time they couldn’t do anything wrong, now....they can’t do anything right! Some of that is management mess ups, some of that is COVID, some of that is the economy.
I won’t hit the points I’ve brought up in the past - but if you just look at the actions and results we’ve been getting at least since they were late on all the financials so since Late Jan-February .....there is some curious curious stuff going on and frankly VRUS is not delivering.
VRUS is a growing seemingly real business...so set backs come, slow growth happens, etc.....but from an in before stand point you have to wonder if there is any reason for us to be here. I don’t know if we’ll ever organically see highs again, all good news is met with crazing selling pressure, everyday updates are met with selling pressure, the recent updates have been weak to negative and (honestly) filled with bad news - acquisition guy quits, Nutribrands is bust, ice cream is a dead end at least for now, management compensation crapped on the bottom line that we were waiting for, dilutive notes .....
So my point is .....what good news is left or do we think will get is back to organic highs? And if we can’t get back up there then the only option is to RS from the current levels which the RS size would be huge and considering the selling pressure we would get destroyed...
The vision was always to uplist into strength ....is there any question today that if we tried to uplist right now it would be into massive weakness?
So I don’t know my message I guess is this ....I’m holding.....seemingly we are going to crash lower. I guess when we get to the bottom - which looks to be where we started at .002 - I will add to my stockpile....at that point why not? My losses will be huge I might as well get some in case we ever see a slight ride back up. But if we are going to ride back up, then management needs to get there crap in order.
IR Mark promised us that VRUS was a “steak with sizzle” ....whereas other OTCs give you the steak but they don’t actually have any sizzle. Well, we don’t have much sizzle going on.
The other thing Mark said......and it’s out there in the Twitter-sphere ....is that VRUS was a story of execution. Anshu has a plan, but after the groundwork was laid it would be about executing....at some point we have to ask “is VRUS executing??” ...my current answer is NOT THAT I CAN SEE.
I will give you a half nugget of knowledge - as I have stated in posts before, I am an E-commerce seller in my private life. If BLF is in Walmart.com and I haven’t checked yet .....that is great news.
Anyone can sell on Amazon overnight. Test me out if you don’t believe - go buy a board game or anything from Walmart, start you an Amazon Seller Account and you can have if sold by the next morning. No barriers to entry.
Walmart.com is not like Amazon. You must show reliable sales data, product history, market presence etc. the application process to sell on Walmart is difficult and usually you get turned down numerous times before getting on. If BLF is on Walmart, then this is the best news imaginable for all of us ......bc it verifies BLF work behind the scenes. This was a golden nugget if it is true.
Then you factor in Walmart.com sales which is always a potentially good thing.
So, my opinion remains constant - VRUS’ execution has been garbage. We have shifted markets and focus recently which is scary to me, tangible results are minimal at this point. Filings and fiduciary responsibilities have been negligent. But, I am not suggesting anyone jump ship....I’m simply saying it’s getting scary to watch. And I’m confused right now on where VRUS goes from here. Hopefully Anshu gets control of the ship very soon.
