So I could sell the shares I have and even get the dividend.
However I wont, since next 10Q will be of more interest than previous one... and sell now @0.07 while it could worth >0.23 in 2 months... not me.

Dividend date is November 6, 2006. That is, if you were a shareholder of MSEM on 11/6/06 you are entitled to the dividend.
