I’ve been watching L2 as well and know that last 100k block was most recently at .045 before OTCX appeared.

I got a share count from the TA back on 3/11 so know 2.5 mil unrestricted were added. The increase from the 246 mil in filings would of been the control block from the merger like you stated.
