Reach out to your broker. If you owned shares prior to March 23rd you should have received a proxy to vote. They have a link but there's also a deadline so better get it done today, I'm not sure when the deadline is. If you did not vote it will count as a NO.

I called TD Ameritrade and they told me where to find the link so I could vote. I bet Schawb has something similar....
