It costs a decent chunk to send a mainstream pr out. Company isn't selling shares imo and is in no hurry to see stock price take off so no need to pay for it at this time. Also Gives time for those who have been faithful to company over the years to accumulate at ground floor pricing before everything comes together and it takes off. Looking forward to its future valuation.
