Nice to see better volume. For months(during the downtrend) MM's VALX and OTCX were heavy on the Bid/Ask. I took a few peeks today and never saw VALX at all with OTCX not leading the Bid/Ask. I believe CDEL is the MM buying shares back on behalf of Khiron.
