This is why a ticker can move up on the (B)uy (O)ur (B)ags Board.
When there's been little posting, and then it gets more active, it will move onto the BOB, even though it's a No Bid POS stock. Such is the case with SPRV.

If that is good news for stockholders, then there must be a correlation with price. Doesn't seem to help this stock as it's still at bargain basement pricing, and it hasn't really moved the stock. Rumors of $50 million in revenue haven't been enough either. The fake news, it seems, of the drone company in Europe hasn't moved the stock either. While there is a link on the drone website for Web to Door represented by this stock, there are also links to Pizza and pubs as well. There has been no claim that SPRV is into sports bars or pizza. This website seems to be just a jumping off point for other websites, and there is no claim on the website of any real connection with this company. There seems to be links to at least 6 unrelated companies on this website. I can see why some investors could be excited by the links, but those dots don't connect like people think.

In the end, it isn't about the BOB, but it's about how the stock performs. So far, this hasn't performed well. As usual, past performance doesn't necessarily predict future performance.
