People sell above a dollar and buy back at .90. It‘s the stock market.

Exhibit A among those who likely don’t know what a 10q is

Small companies losing money dilute. That is an almost universal truth. The question is what do they do when they are not burning cash.

In this case they ponied up some cash when they converted their note to avoid additional dilution. That is a positive sign. If they turn around and do an offering in the next few weeks you would have a point.
