Respectfully, those thoughts cannot be finitely delivered for now. As much as I love to debate, I can't say that you are wrong, but I also can't say that you are right with your thoughts either. What was posted is not enough to be delivered as a finite thought that BRNW is truly a scam and is not real. I'm simply in wait and see mode for taking the risk that they are real and that they are not a scam.
When a company has been dark and defunct for a long time, of course their Secretary of State registration will not be updated. That's part of the process of turning around to get updated. The same with their OTC Markets info, their website, and a few other things needing to be updated too. I think more time is needed to wait and see. If the Facebook page is truly not real, we should know in due time I'm sure.
Right now it's 50/50 in my opinion. If they bust this timeline that they have set for themselves for providing updates, then it will be more slanted percentage wise towards your beliefs. For now, it's too premature to say for sure that they are not real and is a scam.
