Maybe you have a link to these 'real facts'? My facts go back to the beginning of GCAN and their very first filing showing who owns what preferred shares. Anxious to so what facts I don't have.
Not one single Preferred A share has been converted into common stock to sell on the street. No money has been made off GCAN by any preferred A shareholder. Those are the facts from every single filing they have made. Now unless someone has a link to prove this simple fact wrong then the claim is just BS, false and misleading!
