If there’s that much dilution, then their plan is to do a reverse split in raising the share price enough to get on the Nasdaq. Something around a 25 to 1 reverse split would then get the OS back to where it was (16 million or so) before the recent heavy dilution.

Still a good long term investment with a RS.
