Do you think SEC worry about this shell company? LMAO! They have bigger fish to fry than wasting resources on this legal clean shell company. Beside, why would SEC involves in this company when BRNW was never register with the SEC since inception of this company?

How long this can be sustained before the music stops is anyone’s guess, and perhaps the SEC will step in, albeit them doing so for dark defunct non-reporting stocks is rare.

The issuer has not put out a press release or made any disclosure via OTC Markets since 2016

Then, a few months back there was some buying volume showing up with no real catalyst. Given recent events that appears now to be frontloading ahead of the current promotion.

This is probably the biggest tell that this is a third party P&D since they had to create a new website with a domain that was close to but not the same as the existing legacy website.

Subsequently on May 9, 2020 a new Facebook page showed up.

So the stage was set and promoters got to work on social media touting two mergers getting the company into a couple of tried and true pennystock pumpable narratives for “gold mining” and “cannabis”.

Since the company itself is not providing any actual disclosures through OTC Markets or on its legacy website one other piece needed to be added to the story…and OTC Markets’ TA Share Verification Program provided that. So the story is that those updates are being driven, or paid for, by the company.
