#78498 RE: Saltz #78489

thanks Saltz. the feeling is mutual. you and a few others on this board were among my only sources of good information for quite awhile. staying invested (and actually averaging down) for over 4 years as the share price tanked all the way down to 0.29 (from my initial purchase of 1.20) was among the hardest things I've ever done as an investor - stressful as hell at times honestly. my business partner thought I had lost my mind, and I think my wife did too (although that's a more common occurrance). today there is so much information and validation on the science it's easy to gloss over how we got here - but back then we didn't have anything - no data on cancer, no data on Nash (obviously COVID didn't exist) - nothing. it's really extraordinary how far we've come. that's why I have said I won't feel an ounce of guilt if we get rich off of this - we have damn sure paid our dues. you've traveling a longer road than me I realize as well.

Regarding whether or not I'll pull the trigger at $15 or not....I just don't know.

Right now I'm thinking I would take most of my position off the table by $15 (maybe 2/3rds) and leave 1/3rd to ride. but it has nothing to do with my outlook on the company / SP. I've had some good friends who were multi-multi millionaires back in the tech era who failed to take chips off the table. One was worth over $200MM and had the chance to take enough off the table that he'd never have to work again. he ended up in personal bankruptcy after doing some really dumb things. so that is always in the back of my mind, even though unfortunately I won't have $200MM if this hits $15 :) But once I hit the point where I could legitimately not work anymore (not that I would quit), I think I have to do something.

Generally I've said that I won't sell until the rest of the world knows what we have - which would entail being on a real exchange and being followed by Goldman, Morgan, etc. That's still the way I feel - maybe we'll blow through $15 without all of that having happened (although I'm sure the uplist will have occurred by then) - who knows.

On the other hand, I've actually never been more bullish on the outlook, and agree with all of the catalysts you lay out. I think that we have quite a ways to go on the upside - and a market cap in the 10s of billions really doesn't seem like a stretch to me.

my gut is that this could play out totally different than what I am expecting - perhaps including a buyout out of the blue / partnership / etc that makes the decision for me - who knows.

but I'm trying to enjoy the ride at this point - helluva lot easier than in the Fall of last year :). I'm especially excited about the next month or so.

thanks again for the continued great info and insight here.
