Or perhaps when Kate told Lattuca QEDN was filing bankruptcy it just wasn't truthful. Perhaps Kate doesn't expect QEDN to ever have revenue and so bankruptcy isn't needed.

Then again, maybe there is some good excuse for not filing bankruptcy. The problem is that if QEDN file she looks dishonest. Kate needs to provide some explanation soon.
