Re Eagle Equities 'TOXIC finance' query

Anyone know who owns Eagle Equities, LLC? That’s that note-holder that converted and has its hooks in Verus right now. Yakov Borenstein is who signed the note, with the title manager. Does anyone know that name or know if he is the owner, or know anything about Eagle Equities, LLC?

You can decide for yourself whether actual growing companies should utilize Eagle Equities for their financing.

Many will continue to defend Anshu & Co, & continue to give the 'A Team' the benefit of the doubt.

That's nice! But long ago I learned the hard-way that the chart tends to tell investors more than OTC mgmt ever will.

Meanwhile everyone here will continue to argue which direction this is going and why.

I continue to watch & wait for ANY catalyst that actually drives DEMAND FOR SHARES, and effectively turns momentum from DOWN to UP in earnest.

So $VRUS got $500K, but owes 605K + interest

Aggregate Purchase Price: Note: $605,000.00 less $90,000.00 in OID less $15,000 in legal fees.

So much for the standard 5-10% haircut! Between that, and the pre-payment penalties, it looks like everyone on the 'A Team' at $VRUS jumped in the clown-car to carpool to that meeting w/ Eagle.

This is garbage financing, and likely was the signal to big-money last summer to dump & run.

Curious what connection Eagle has w/ Garnock... Anyone know? That might take some digging.

Still watching & waiting to see if any share-buying catalyst develops... 'News' & 'PR' just ain't doing it.
