Actually the opposite is true. Most companies that dilute do non stop PR's to keep the PPS higher and volume higher during dilution. However TLSS is a legit company and John will issue news when it happens.

He was referring to a PR. A smart CEO wouldn't release news/PR into dilution.....while they're cleaning out their balance shits.

Announce the dilution is finished in a filing/8K and THEN announce the 10-K, GRC Trucking acquisition and so on.
