That is not correct. As per latest 10-q, there were 431 million outstanding shares and 169 million outstanding warrants as of Feb 29 2020.
Seems 50 million warrants have been exercised so I/s shares have gone upto 481 million and that means 119 million warrants are still outstanding.
If all are converted - avg price of $0.69 - co will get $82 million and float o/s shares will go to 600 million and then you have options etc - so all in all co has locked around 620 million out of 700 million authorized capital.
This is why NP said that he will have to raise authorized capital by 100 million to raise new money as not all warrant holders are exercising them now.
