RLBY is Dr. Dokis other shell, what happens there is an indication of what we may expect here. Nick Tsahalis is having a great number of issues with RLBY and I am not sure we want the same issues with CLSI. There is a pending lawsuit and from what I gather there are isssues with the officers and the controlling shareholders, a coup de tat.
