Thanks JPS02: no dilution proven as some have said over and over on 'dis board for weeks, lol

..I would always ask them show us the proof of dilution: of course...crickets.

Because there is not even one single toxic convertible note share to be diluted looking at the last two years of new filings.

A truly awesome and extremely rare thing for any penny stock, especially one trading under a penny.
