Well, management has total control over this company(whether r/s or not r/s) that is why they can abuse the small time shareholders like us in anyway they possible can.

I have been thinking about your theory, and you could be rite. However, all bet are off if a PR announcing a buyout from xxxx company, or some others good news. I know, wishful thinking.

bigballz, Conor Flannery is the majority owner of NSPX and his Series E Preferred shares are unaffected by as many Reverse Splits that he has to do.
