I'm not sure what you are apologizing for (no explanation needed), accepted.

For future reference you don't need to apologize to me. I have a thick skin and are used to posting on stock boards. And, it isn't as though I am right all the time9 maybe not even right most of the time).

Q1 2019 shows revenue for RR (page 30). Half of Season 1 started in Q4 2018, but finished in Q1 2019. Second half of season 1 starts in Q1 2019, but, finishes in Q3 2019.

Q3 2019 (page 42) also talks about revenue from season 1 of RR from Viacom (and international territories).

Q4 2019 (page 28) talks about revenue from RR (says season 1) from Viacom and Shanghai Senyu Media in China. It could be a typo and really mean season 2 from Viacom and season 1 to China or it could be about increased broadcasting on Nick Jr.

I'm guessing that GNUS gets paid, in half seasons (for RR), at the end of the airing and not on delivery. It looks like Shanghai Senyu Media pays in advance of airing.

I think we will need to see Q1 2020 to know if GNUS books revenue for season 2 of RR, even though half of it aired in Q4 2019.

I think revenue from CCTV will show up in Q1 2020.

It looks like second half of season 2 of RR hasn't started airing, yet.

TDeck and Rick. Trying to track the different buckets of revenue from the different parts of their business has always been a challenge over the years.

Rick can you see if they note “differed revenue”? Have not looked into it yet. Might clue us into what being push into later Qs.

Plus we all know they hardly have any product out there. Andy mentioned 350 SKUs forthcoming. So that means only about 100 are out there today and many only recently launched.

Revs won’t truly ramp up until later in the year. As we’ve been saying all along.

But the market is forward looking and why IMO while the stock price might be a bit ahead of itself, it’s not terribly. Eventually revs will ramp and ramp rapidly.

By then everyone will be chasing.

And Rick what’s current number of shares outstanding and does that include the two recent offerings? Thanks in advance.
