Revenues were solid, but something obviously happened on the cost of sales side. Their gross margins really shrunk last quarter. Will read the CC transcript later to see what was said, unless someone here has the explanation that was provided by Mars.
I would need to double-check my math, but I believe if their margins from Q3 and Q4 would have held in Q1, they would have been net profitable, especially given the Other Income side was positive this quarter.
