Yes, it really does feel that way.

Selling has slowed down considerably. The seller hellbent on dumping millions at $0.0070 appears to be out of shares. Some nice bids in the $0.0080s today with 10k each at $0.0090 and $0.0091, no bid whacks came.

CAVR is starting to move up. This is still in the bud stage of the next leg up. Still under a penny but I don't think for long. Next leg up should take her above $0.03 based on previous moves.
