I certainly wouldn't call it insignificant! If CLWD dropped 50 million on us at one time we be trading .0005 or less on a intra move. Especially with our avg vol sitting at a little over 5.8 million. When any company is constantly selling shares its like dragging an anchor around with you. Traders & Investors a like are always on edge when they see the pps starting to move north because everyone is expecting it to be sold into. I agree CLWD constant dilution is the one common denominator here holding this back. If you want the big reward you have to take on that risk and buy at these levels, because IF they every stop diluting the pps will skyrocket, especially with 10Q like this one and the ones that will follow. REG A news could help with this if its still being pursued. CLWD
