rickj_65, If a third of the people on any message board did the DD and could post as well as you this would be an incredible format.

Kudos

good reply and analysis. i agree. my frustration was mostly addressed toward over excitement on this board and NOT Strat. just tried to bring some common cool sense in here in regards to posts like these:
"MMs trading with each other,"
"maybe if the pr said exxon or shell this would be $5.00,"
"someone got caught with their pants down,"
"$1.00 coming!"
"this should be in the .50 range just based off all the sludge,"
"this should send it sky-rocketing"

rickj65,

Pardon me for the delay in acknowledging such an insightful and accurate post. You certainly have a talent and I will publish my update in answer to your post because of your accuracy as to your evaluation of what is really happening.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reach Sam or Joseph before the weekend holidays. However, my other sources (not company affiliates) are excited as to how well things went in Russia with "Robert Yeggy". This is all unofficial (it is only official when Sam says so and I haven't spoken to him or Joseph yet) but Yeggys process of sludge seems to be a big winner. Since his agreement with Sam is to approach that market as partners it will be controlled by Strat as proprietary. With Rosneft, in future dealings, Strat will perform the service of sludge processing on a continual and renewable venue. No terms are known yet by my independent source.

The process itself is so efficient that the bureaucrats are passing it along quickly for approval. (Sort of unusual). This does not happen often. If you have been following Putin with his latest "armtwisting" of the majors, the "environment" is his new "buzz" word. Since Strat is in the "service sector" they are still under the radar where they want to be. The bureaucrats want to show results which Strat will provide so they are expediting approvals. It would not surprise me if Sam was called back to Russia before years end.

I see this as a win-win situation for Strat. I wouldn't be surprised to see them (the sludge owners) offer additional labor and incentives at no charge to move this project along sooner than currently scheduled. That's how their bureaucracy works. We shall see. These are all opinions of people on the sidelines and none are members of Strat. I have no idea if they are stockholders.

The conclusions drawn from the above are educated guesses on my part based on past DD and experience but are JMHO and not to be construed as fact. We will have to wait on company confirmation for any of it to be an indication of investmnt information. I still see a very merry Christmas in our future. I hpoe it's 2006 but it could be 2007. Either way I'm long and strong and intensely loyal.
