When you play cards, do you cry when you lose? Don't you know that in the stock market some win and some lose? Are you going to run to Mommy because you made a bad investment?
I'm probably asking too many questions but it makes me angry whenever someone looks for the government to make their problems go away. I'm certain that going to the SEC is just what NV/RIM needs right now, NOT! You clearly have no idea how many venture capital deals they turned down because the first thing that the VC's want is to wipe out all the shareholders. Funding is the only thing standing in our way and that will happen whenever they can hammer out the best deal for the company and it's shareholders.

Do us all a favor, stay away from risky investments, you don't seem to have the stomach for it!

By the way, I've been in this stock for a couple of years and own at prices ranging from .36 to 1.75. I've never put a dime into it that I couldn't live without. It's a speculative venture at best

Atta boy xman, that's just what we need to do. Lets all have a campaign to start bugging the SEC with phone calls and e-mails. Hey, I got a better one........why don't you get together a bunch off ticked off shareholders, make up some posters, rent a few busses, get mark and excel for drivers, give Miller a 1000 watt mega-blower and go over in front of the SEC building. Start hootin and hollerin like banshees about NV.
Make sure to notify the local media first though. You got to have them there to help you get the full impact out to anyone that may be interested in helping the company succeed to take their money elseware.
That should help prop up the share price for sure.
