SO IF you know this Marty.... How in THE WORLD can you be negative on PRED?

Marty. I heard that they were being tested in conjunction with the NCI as well. My question is, why would the National Cancer Institute be doing test validation with PRED vs let’s say NIH vs CDC vs FDA etc.
