Very good post with questions that are also very good and need to be addressed IMO. It would be nice for MT to put out a PR ASAP to clarify all that has been going on and clarify the share structure. If other brokers start putting restrictions on this like what AMTD did today think of the snowball effect this could have on the PPS, in a bad way most likely.

Someone who has access to MT please let him know these issues. Thanks,

May be some good questions for investors to ask but if Brokers want to dictate trading on how a company writes PRs is ludicrus.. Time to find a new Broker..

AMTD is being a little TOO nosy IMO.

1)How much we paid for an acquistion is not necessarily their business. We see acquisitions announced all the time from other companies that don't provide this. Short time frame? Who said how long this deal was in the works, or how complicated?

2) Dividend's purpose and value to shareholders...Very little monetary value as of this minute. Purpose? Read the PR.

3) Understanding depository receipts 101. Surely the big financial guru company understands a depository receipt.

4)We did not sell 2 billion restricted shares,we sold PDR's. Shares guarantee the underlying value based on current PPS.

This stuff isn't that hard...maybe a little DD required on the part of the shareholder. Surely the high falootin' (Arkansas word) financiers at AMTD can figure this out. We may need to call them and spell it out, but in depth explanations are not the stuff of PR's IMO.

This is crazy, I can come up with a list of questions for every single penny stock on the market. Does Ameritrade do this kind of in-depth analysis for every company to protect us? Sounds like they are trying to justify their actions in case this is ever brought to court. Then again, this doesn't even sound real, did Ameritrade really contact you directly and ask you these questions about PYPR??

You guys can't be believing this poser. Can you? His first post was three days ago, and he says he was contacted by a AMTD Corporate Action Analyst. Sounds real official, doesn't it. Unfortunately there is no such position with AMTD. In fact, it's the compliance department that initiated the restriction and they are not getting back to anyone for at least a week. The longs here are getting gratuitously screwed by the bashers. Although, ThePyedPypr's post borderlines on fraud, an actionable offense. Don't forget Pyed, your IP address is not hidden.

Oh, I almost forgot:

Disclaimer: I hold stock in Pypr! Its in my best interest this sucker (LOL) makes me a lot of money too, i'd like to see whatever it takes to get this cleared up, and this whole occurrence happened almost randomly - except for the fact some AMTD employees scan this board (reason being given on this one is b/c of the popularity on this stock as number 1-2 most viewed/posted)
