Most likely no, but then again you never know maybe he reads a list of top candidates, and most likely geovax is number 1 on that list, hahah yeah wishful thinking, Bill Gates is already ramping up, he needs a good return on his investment so most likely Bill Gates and Grouchy Fauci will decide.
