Have to agree this whole deal is very confusing as to who owns what and who gets what. I am still excited at the patent and think we will receive a large grant based on its great potential for cleaning the blood of toxins. Makes total sense. If this goes well and gets fast tracked we could be in for a big surprise. Yes , hundreds of companies working on this ,but I think Felder has something big here. I’m no scientist but took the bet here . Look for a PR Monday from Hartman with a better explanation of the whole process
