yes regardless of how much you paid for them, also, assuming the commons at one point trade at 15 dollars or even 20 dollars, you have don't have the obligation to convert them to ordinary shares but lets say you chose to convert them, 2 warrants regardless of what you paid for them, you can convert them to ordinary shares at $11.50, so you know, you have to buy the ordinary shares with more funds, but if the stock is trading at 20 dollars the warrants should at least be worth North of $1.00
