I don't think it was bad news either, but there are some folks who are getting frustrated with the company for not putting out their financials on-time.
I understand the frustration even though I also understand the circumstances surrounding the delay(s).
As I said in an earlier post, the complexities that the current state of the world presents with all this COVID-19 crap presents challenges to everyone and every business out there right now. That said, if I were Gary I would have put everything in my power into getting the financials out on time and get my house in order. He has done everything he has said he would and I appreciate the 8K telling us what is going on. I would have appreciated an actual 10Q even more....
I'm not going anywhere. I will have the same number of shares at the close tomorrow as at the opening bell...4,675,500....or I may have more. Time will tell.
Tomorrow will certainly be interesting. Of that I have no doubts...
