Oh he’s not dumb. But he also knows it takes money to make money. He’s betting on himself right now.

I gave a complete step by step explanation of the process with options and warrants in an earlier post. I refer to that post and add a very simple explanation.

The CEO executed the warrants and options to inject cash into CYDY. CYDY in turn used that cash to pay the funds due to our largest manufacturer; Samsung Bio.

This allowed CYDY to be able to place the next order.
But of course you know this.
