The clearing price for 45 tons clear-title right now is probably over $2k an ounce (probably impossible to currently find 45 tons clear title for even $2k an oz right now)... anyone sitting on that type of tonnage probably not keen to let it go under current economic uncertainties ... if you let 45 tons go for $1,800 p/oz - there is currently essentially zero chance of being able to buy-it back right away.

Imagine seeing the Gold chart in 100 dollar increments (OMG !), instead of the ten dollar increments we see at the moment.

In a hyperinflationary environment, it could happen !
