It seems the same one --- accumulating large amount of Dirt Cheap shares before 10-Bagger or more Huge rally! After the CH7 filing RCPIQ (171M/315M shares OS/AS, not CLEAN yet) ever crashed to 0.0005 first, then it surged 10-Bagger back to its previous Bottom price 0.0050 within just a few months from the first chart below!

Anyway its CH11 CLEAN shell peer RGDXQ even did 120-Bagger A-Single-Day Rapid rally --- from 0.0002 to 0.024 with 27M/38M/70M shares Super Tiny float/OS/AS!
