Maybe it’s because it’s called ‘research’ for a reason. The insinuation is that we know everything about everything already regarding this disease. Why are there no other links regarding this claim? The mechanism of action regarding CCR5 receptor blocking has been documented over 15+ years ago. Maybe it’s because most pharmaceutical companies are focused on trying to create direct anti vitals and vaccines? What difference does it make if no one else is talking about it? What matters is the Leronlimab is working, lives are being saved, and the evidence is seen in patient recovery and lab values, all Documented in BPs paper submitted for peer review.

The way I understand it that’s not the MOA of leronlimab. Leronlimab masks the Rantes from the immune system so the cytokine storm is reduced (the CCL5 block). It restores homeostasis of the immune system which allows the T8 cells to reduce viral load and consequently Rantes expression.

Yes, they learn more everyday so that’s why they shifted from a IL6
To Rantes. They know leronlimab works but they are trying to clearly define the leronlimab moa for the medical Community.
