To be clear, the transfer agent was concise but I think it's just his style. I really can't infer anything from this tone.

But I'm totally with ya. It's mesmerizing how this still trades. Moreover, a thorough review of the 2010 annual report adds to the mystery, particularly the detail of shares issued to satisfy debt. Brother, it's a lot of shares to settle nearly $10M in debt. No lawsuits filed that I know of.

I maintain, a reverse merger with/into a profitable private company, along with a retirement of roughly half the O/S will send this north of a nickel pps.
