I see now. I didn't know about this name, " HALB TRANSITION CORPORATION "

That is the company that is actually trading on OTCM by the filings and it still has 2 billion shares to trade. The other listing for Halberd is now Technology Health Inc per the filings and has no trading ticker. Goulding is really hoodwinking the traders with this scam.
