Why are you posting an "update" about an LOI that has apparently been converted to a deal? If it's a good thing for the shareholders, why are they keeping us in the dark about the terms???

Obviously the true nature of this "deal" is hidden to shareholders through the pink listing. It is POS Squires' true nature to make sure shareholders never benefit and he has an escape route to reappear unscathed. If the company becomes a success QMVT absorbs the profits leaving shareholders holding an empty bag. If QMC fails POS Squires reappears with his patents at QMVT leaving shareholders holding an empty bag. The marketing consultants think this is great. Shareholders are getting screwed by this pink listed piece of filthy crap spearheaded by POS Squires and @sswipe Les Paul.
