Don't Sell off your Shares in Panic when stock open sup for trading... WE need to form a EC and wrset control of this Company because this "BK Filing" IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD... David Tepper is in it and Cyrus Capital is in it.. They know the FRAUD going on here..,There will be An "Equity Commission" and we'll hold the 'Exchanged NEW Equity" alongwith our Hedge Fund Buddies...This is what I did in WaMU.. This is like WaMu with "Insider Trading" & OUTRIGHT FRAUD by Intelsat Executive Mgmt written ALL Over IT. We'll ask for "Discovery" of this Fraud in the BK Court through our EC!
