It all depends what's released, pretty simple and obvious, no? Look at P: data pretended to be good but the company was lying with stupid simple statistics. And it flopped. Look at B OM- results supposedly good but when looking at the data no deal despite serious need for a treatment.

So of course how good the data are is all that actually matters.
