all i know is the vote on the agenda for the annual shareholder meeting in June. maybe they have something up their sleeve to get share price to $3, which is the price threshold to uplist to NYSE, otherwise they'll need the r/s. the meeting is 5 weeks away so we shall find out soon enough.
