the 5 and 10 gallon units...a couple possibilities,

first and foremost resellers that take your product repackage it in their preferred packages and put their name on it...they may have their own production facilities and thus do not want or need what MSEM has....

why only 5 and 10 gallon units? test phase maybe-if they like the sales -they'll buy a container truck of the stuff

another obviuos one is for racing teams...they don't need the nicely packaged "little" bottles...and they don't want their competion knowing what they use either-every edge you can keep from your competitor counts especially when added all together-that's how the Earnharts did it for awhile-nobody could figure out what they were doing,LOL.
