Yes that is what I think. As I just said. I do not think the RBL is bound to complete every single bit of data before Leo is notified that some part of the testing was or was not successful. And I think he could share that knowledge with shareholders.
Perhaps, though, your association with RBl investigators over the years, and intimate knowledge of their reporting parameters, helps you see my viewpoint as folly. But I doubt that is the case.
